Saturday Night Snow

Took me a few days to get these up but we had a pretty impressive storm this weekend. Something about heavy snowfall here in New York was a little bit of magic.

Didn't get to actually spend a lot of time in lovely Newbury, but I took some pictures in my yard. I miss trees.

Thanksgiving Day was spent in Fitchburg with Kate and her family. Fitchburg is built on a very large hill, it was nice to get out of the city into a place like this.

I went to Mass for a few days, I got to see my father which was nice, it's been almost a year. I have been taking portraits of him for a long time.

This week

I got a Contax 28-70 and converted it to my 5d, Although it's a bit of a slow lens (3.5) I needed something flexible, and the old Zeiss Glass yields a much better image than it's Canon Equivalent.
